Element by Ingenia Lifestyle, located in the coastal township of Fullerton Cove, NSW, is a premium over-55s lifestyle village designed to offer residents a vibrant and luxurious community experience.

As part of this new build, Alloyfold was selected to supply and install 20 Rossini Elite luxury cinema seats upholstered in sleek ebony vinyl, chosen for their sophisticated aesthetics and superior comfort.

Ingenia Lifestyle was drawn to the high quality and design of the Rossini Elite, which complements the venue’s upscale look while offering a compact, rocker-back seating solution ideal for boutique cinema spaces.

The installation included features such as cup holders and wheelchair-accessible seating, and was completed within a tight 11–12 week timeframe, showcasing Alloyfold’s reliability and agility.

This project marks the first of three developments by Ingenia, establishing Alloyfold as their preferred supplier for cinema seating in senior living communities across Australia, and reinforcing our leadership in creating tailored, gold-class seating experiences for lifestyle villages throughout Australasia.
